How it's made

1 apple, cored

 

Place all into a blender and blend until smooth (about 30 seconds to 1 minute).

1 banana, peeled

1 cup almond milk

2 tbsp hemp hearts

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp peanut butter

2 tsp cocoa powder

1 cup ice
