Fiery Garlic Hummus

It’s a rare occasion when you won’t find hummus in our fridge. Its creamy texture and inviting taste make it the perfect dip for almost any chip or vegetable, and a delicious base spread for an endless number of sandwiches and pitas. The smokiness and garlic-infused heat of your first bite might surprise you, but soon you’ll be craving it on a regular - maybe even too frequent - basis.
Though hummus is readily available for purchase in almost any grocery store, I had a hard time finding a brand that matched my taste. Something in the flavour always left me wanting. For this reason, I decided to come up with a recipe for hummus that’s satisfying but also easy to prepare. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
