Ranch Dip

At almost any pot-luck, large family gathering, birthday party, you name it the ubiquitous veggie and dip tray will be there - most often with a ranch dip. For vegans that usually means there’s just a veggie tray. Don’t get me wrong, veggies are great on their own. But for those times when you really want that dip option back, there’s this.

How it's made
Ranch Seasoning Mix |

2 tbsp dried parsley |
Mix all spices together in a small bowl. |

4 tsp garlic powder |

2 tsp dried onion flakes |

2 tsp onion powder |
||
2 tsp salt |
||
1½ tsp dried dill |
||
1 tsp dried chives |

1 tsp pepper |

Dip |
||
⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk |
Place in a small pot, mix well until flour dissolves, and cook on medium heat until reaching a boil plus one more minute. Remove from heat and let cool (about 30-40 minutes). |

⅓ cup vegan mayo |
Once the mixture is cooled, add the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. |
